From the set and costume designs of the Tony Award winning version of “Dracula” in the late 1970’s, one of the most memorable images from the great many produced by Edward Gorey for the production – Dracula and Lucy – now available in a die-cut push button, which can be worn as a stylish pin or double as a push tack on your favorite cork memo board. Edward Gorey helped set the stage – pun intended – for the success of the Broadway production, starring Frank Langella, which went on to launch the actor’s career. One can say that Gorey also helped re-launch today’s vampire culture with his ornate and intricately designed stage sets, which brought Dracula to a level previously unseen and yet to be duplicated on Broadway.
